How do I convert military time to reg on a spreed sheet?

Hi,

Simply change the format.

Format|Cells
Select Time and the format you want

In Excel time is a number (.5 is 12 midday) and you simply format the same
number to how you want it to appear but the underlying value doesn't change.

Format>Cells>Time
Select your favorite time format.
