Excel Forms to Access

I have several excel "forms" (data in excel not in Tabular Format).

How can I get access to import the data following specific cells in an excel
worksheet? I tried the macro method, and it won't save me any time, probably
take longer to specify each line in the macro to look for a specific cell, in
many spreadsheets.

I don't know what to do.
