Excel Formula - convert Time >24 hours to decimal

I am creating a "time clock" spreedsheet and am stuck on how to conver
total hours to decimal for the payroll company.
EXAMPLE:
cell contains total hours worked
cell A2 contains 95:30 (time format is [hh]:mm)
I want this to return the decimal format 95.50

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

just multiply this cell with 24 and format the resulting
cell as number
