I have a row of dates i.e., 03-Mar-07, 04-Apr-08, 02-Feb-07, 11-Nov-08...and
I want to COUNTIF all dates in '08' (for instance)...regardles of day and
month...how do I write the formula...thank you

adjust range as necessary
