Excel Freezes Each Day at abt. 4:30 p.m. MST

Every day at a certain time, any Excel spreadsheet I'm working in freezes.
Hangs computer, so must shut down and restart. Norton and Malware scans
reveal nothing. Spreadsheet isn't particularly large. Reformatting HD helped
for awhile, but the problem is back. (Also, cut and paste takes forever or
hangs on this sheet.)
Computer guy says no updates, etc. are scheduled on server, so that
apparently isn't a conflict. Help!!!!

Do you have any Add-Ins installed? Try unloading them.
