Excel gives Not Enough System resources to display completely.

Hi All,

Some Ms Excel files give the following error message.

"Not Enough System resources to display completely."

My Pc runs on PIII with 128MB Ram and hard disk drive(C:)
has 1 GB of free space.

Please Help me.
