Excel Graph Line Break

I have a graph in Excel 2000. I was asked to have the Y-
axis go from 0 to 400 but the scale above 400 would be by
100. I found a graph that did something like that and
between the 0 and the 400 there was a kind of squiggley
line indicating that the values are there, but hiden. Any
way to do this in Excel 2000?
