I've cut and pasted excel graphs / charts into a word document. When I print the document the spaces where the Excel products are located come out blank. Text prints fine. I'm fairly new with Mac so it's likely a setting I made but cannot find what I did to correct problem.

Thanks!

Hi,

Sometimes the default printer setting is low quality. When you use File
Print, check the print quality settings in the Print dialog box and
make sure they are not set to the lowest quality, which might skip
complicated items such as graphs and charts.

Additional to Jim's reply, look in Word> Preferences> Print to make sure
Drawing Objects is checked.
