We are running Office Professional 2003 with the latest updates installed.
One of our staff has encountered a problem. When she opens a spreadsheet and
begins to link to other spreadsheets, she will receive the error message
"Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and will need to close". I
completely uninstall Office 2003 and ran the erase2000 to remove any
reminents of the old office 2000 that was upgraded and then reinstalled 2003
from scratch but the problem persists. I discovered yesterday that if the
opens the first spreadsheet and clicks SAVE before she begins to establish
links, she does not encounter the problem. Any ideas?
