Excel Header & Column

Please advise me the followings :-

1. How do I set the header on every page when I want to
do printing ?

2. How do I hide the column so that it won't appear on the
screen ? For example : I have column like cost price,
agent price, exchange price and selling price how do I
hide cost price, agent price and exchange price to be
shown on the screen and how do I resume back the

Rosie,

1) In File|Page Setup|Sheet you can select the rows you want to print at the
top of each page. Make sure they are not part of your print range,
otherwise they will print twice on your first page.

2) To hide a column select the column by clicking on the column heading
(A,B,C...) and then choose

Format|Column|Hide from the menu. (or right click and select "Hide Column
from the drop down menu.)

To unhide the column, select the range of columns that includes the columns
before and after the hidden columns and then

Format|Column|Unhide from the menu. (or use the drop down menu)
