EXCEL - Headers/Footers

Select all the tabs for which you want to establish
identical headers (hold down Control while clicking each
tab). Once they're selected, choose File-Page Setup,
create your header, and "OK" your way out of the dialog.
Be sure to UN-select all the sheets (or all subsquent
operations will be duplicated on all sheets) and check the
headers.

I find this very useful when combined with meaningful tab
names - I can put the general information in as text, and
the one portion that differs for each sheet in the tab
name. Then I include the tab name in the header, and the
sheets are all properly named automatically!
