Excel: how do i change the name of the "this product is licensed t

When launching Excel, my old company name comes up with my product
registration number.
The number is OK. But how do I change the name of the "this product is
licensed to..." to my new company?
Thanks.

I didnt want to put this in Word but MS allowed only this!
