Excel hyperlinking

If users create a hyperlink to the doucment, is it possible that if they move
the file to a different folder, the link will automatically change to match
the new location - so we do not have to update the links manually

The easiest way to change link is to click on Data Tab and under connections
click Edit Link. This will allow you to edit all links to a file in your
document, but there is no way to have the link automatically updated;
however, if they just use the save as function excell will sometimes update
links IF both files are open.
