Excel in a Word Document [Office 2003]

Greetings:
I seek guidance in the precise placement of excel speadsheets into an
existing word document. There are only five (5) columns and fifteen (15)
rows involved. I would like to place the spreadsheet as if it were a picture
so that the spreadsheet, not the excel icon is seen by the reader. The
additional requirements are as follows:

- The spreadsheet should show essentially the cells that have data
- The actual dimensions of the spreadsheet should be controlled for harmony
with the existing text
- Ideally, the reader could click on the spreadsheet and it would enlarge to
the standard size of a spreadsheet. Clicking again would return the
spreadsheet to the size compatible with the existing text.
