Excel in Terminal Server Environment

I'm having an issue with my users using Excel in a TS2003
environment. After copying and pasting a lot data, a
message appears "cannot empty clipboard." Once this
occurs, they can't do any copying, cutting, or pasting.
They have to completely log out of the terminal server
session and back in. It's turning into a major problem
now.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
