Excel is blocked, needs proplus.msi

I can start all programms of microsoft, except Excel. Suddenly by starting
it, it begans with Window installer, then Microsoft office with front page
and was looking for a file Proplus.msi. Now I can not open my Excel files.
Who nows the solution ?
