Excel-like tabs in MS Word 2004

Does anyone know a way to tab pages within a document the same way
sheets are tabbed in an Excel Document? Alternately, is there a way to
arrange open Word documents so that I can easily switch from one to the
other without going back and forth to the "Window" menu?

I have used Arrange All, but with no "Un-Arrange" option, I had a hard
time getting them back to the original stacked view. Is there a step I
am missing?

Mac Word doesn't have a Cascade feature, if that's what you mean, but I've
never missed it and rarely use it on a PC. I just maximize the window I need
(greenie in the traffic light array) & it covers the others so I don't know
what size they are. If I bring another forward I resize it accordingly.
