Greetings,
I have created some basic charts in Excel X for Mac at Service Release 1
with the 10.1.5 update installed.
I select the chart in the worksheet and copy it and then I open PowerPoint X
and under the Edit menu select Paste Special. From there I have used both
the MS Excel Object and the Picture paste options and then I save the file
as a PowerPoint file.
When Windows users try to view the slides, all they see is a square with a
red "X" in the upper left hand corner.
I also subscribe to Adobe's online PDF service and when I convert the Mac X
file to the PDF version, Adobe Reader 6.0 also shows a red "X" in the
corner.
Thanks in advance,
Kim
