Hi I have been learning advanced short cut keys. I opened the macros but there are no macros. Now when I want to save the excel it complains with this...

Hi Paul,
Even if you have no macros, if you have inserted any modules or
userforms, Excel will throw up the macro alert message which you have
encountered. Try, therefore, deleting any standard modules which, if
they exist, will be listed in Modules; similarly, delete any Userforms,
which, if they exist, you will find by expanding Forms. Lastly, you, or
someone else, may have inserted event macros in any of the worksheet or
the ThisWorkbook module. You cannot delete the modules, but you can open
them and delete any code which they may contain. Before doing so,
however, make sure that such code really is not needed.
If you are sure that you do not have, and do not need, any Userforms or
standard modules, select the yes option which is offered by the macro
alert message: this will save the file as a macro free workbook and you
will not encounter the alert again.
