Excel macros won't work

SInce downloading the latest update for Office X I cannot get either
exisitng macros in my spreadsheets to work. I have tried recording a
new macro which seems to go ok but when i try and run it the same
probllem occurs. Any suggestions

Look for the security setting, sometimes upgrades set it to high and all
macros will be disabled
