Will future versions have some basic Excel functions?
Will future versions have DDE paste ability?

Thanks...

Good ideas, but Microsoft isn't giving any information about what might be
is some future version of OneNote.

That information hasn't been announced yet. I would be surprised if there
is much in the way of Excel math functionality built in, though I won't be
surprised to see better implementation of tables in future versions. I
also won't be surprised if the next version does a better job of handling
equations.

As for DDE...perhaps. I haven't seen many requests for it yet so I don't
know how popular such a feature would be if they did include it.

Did the OP possibly mean OLE? Is DDE even supported anymore?
