Excel memory could not be "read"

Hi all...Here is a new one on me. When a user right
clicks on the spreadsheet tab in the lower portion of the
screen and chooses Move or Copy...it will bring up the box
asking you where you want to move or copy the sheet. We
are attempting to create a copy of a spreadsheet into
another workbook. However when we click ok - we get the
error message - The instruction at 0x304bbebb referenced
memory at 0x000014. The memory could not be "read". Any
idea as to a solution to this problem. It is a Win98
machine running Win 97 Pro.
