Excel never closes

Hello,

I have a problem with Excel 2002 SP3. Everytime I open excel and I close it
later on. The window closes but not the process. So, If I open 10 times
excel in a day I will have 10 process in my Windows Task Manager and I have
to close them manually. Could someone please help me find the solutions ?
