EXCEL - NEW LINE IN CELL

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

When I use excel on my old PC if I need to start a new text line I would hold shift and hit return. How do I do this with my MacBook Pro?

The equivalent on the Mac is Command+Option+return.

That keystroke as well as most any other you may need can be found in Exccel
