Excel novice with a (probably) simple question - how to delete duplicate rows - pls read

Does anyone know how I go about deleting rows that contain duplicate
contents, so that I'm left with only one of each?
I've got a huge spreadsheet with 4 columns of data. The problem is I
want to distill what I've got so that only unique rows remain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
