Excel numbered list

Microsoft are criminals. Their website tells me that I have 2 free support
e.mails that I can use. When I typed in the product number for the LEGAL MS
Excel 2003 that I PAID for and is registered with their GENUINE ADVANTAGE,
they told me that I am a thief and I can pay £46.00 for their help. Go to
jail you scum.
I want to know how to make a simple numbered list where the items cdan move
up or down the relevant position. So whatever is at number six just now could
later on be taken out and everything below it will move up one place. Bit
like the top 10 music charts. Is this question worth £46 to anyone who is
ENTITLED to a free response? I don't think so.
Could someone please report this post to the criminals because there is no
way to contact them either.

Hmm... since this is a USER-based newsgroup for Macintosh XL users
(hence the ".mac." in the newsgroup name), I'm not sure we can help,
here.

However, one solution would be to simply select the cell with your item
to be removed, and choose Edit/Delete, selecting the "Shift cells up
radio button.

You could also use the List Manager to manage your list - see XL Help.
