Hello
I have a word document (Word 2003) with inserted Excel sheets
If i try to open one of the excel sheets I get the error message "This
object is corrupt or is no longer available"
I have no! Norton Antivirus installed.
In this document exists an other excel sheet that may be opened normally.
So is there any way to rescue the excel sheet?
thank you very much for your help
Hein

The Excel object is probably not corrupt. The error message is caused
by a conflict between the Office Plugin in Norton Antivirus and Word.
Disable the Norton Office Plugin, and your Word file should open okay.
See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How to use Office
programs with the Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in" for more info.

unfortunately no Norton Antivirus was never installed. Theres no service
related to any antivirus software running.
nor any plug in in word
