Excel Oil & Gas Production Template

i am interested in an Excel spreadsheet to accumulate monthly oil & gas
production by well from various vendors. I need to have multiple lines for
the various wells since some vendors send more than one check each month. I
need to show Gross $, Production Tax, Other Deductions and Net amount as well
as some identifying data. I would like for the spreadsheet to produce a
summary report with one line per well.

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Obviously you will not find a template for what you want. Since you know
what you need, start laying it out. If you need help with formulas, I'm sure
that the nice folks in one of the Excel newsgroups will help you.

It sounds as though you need Access, not Excel. But if you're limited to
using Excel then what you should do is add all of your entries as records in
a database (even if there are multiple entries) and then use a PivotTable to
summarize your data.
