Excel pay service?

Does anyone know a good site where I can hire someone to create what
want?

Basically I want to create one main loan pipeline that when I clic
update will go into each loan officers folder on the server, pull th
information from their personal pipeline and update it into th
appropriate cells on my large pipeline.

Someone posted a reply with a description of how I think it can b
done, but honestly it was absolute greek to me... so unless there's a
easier explanation I'd pay someone to create the initial pipe for me.
