Hi,

Haven't seen this, how about a little more detail
1. What version of Excel & Windows
2. Does the Auto zoom occur in the spreadsheet, print preview, or on the
printout, or all three?
3. Does this occur on all machines?
4. Does it occur when connected to different types of printers?

Hi,

All the usual suspect look innocent. I don't find mention of this at
Microsoft. If you put a copy of the picture in another Excel file does it
still cause the same problems.
- Here are some standard ways to attack this kind of problem.
1. One at a time copy the sheets to another workbook, each time check to see
if the problem remains. ie. reconstruct the file. When you copy copy the
contents, formatting and all, of the sheet but not the entire sheet - meaning
don't right-click the sheet tab and use copy or move.
2a. Save the file with another name and then delete the picture and then
reinsert it.
2b. One at a time delete the sheets and see if the problem stops at any
point. Leave the picture in.

I didn't ask earlier if there are any macros but I guess I should ask?

Let me know what you find from this experimentation.
If we don't get anywhere with any of these, you could send me a copy and I
could see if I can reproduce it and if so find a workaround and let Microsoft
know.

Thanks,
Shane Devenshire
