Excel Prints Tiny

I'm trying to print a Budget and it prints tiny in the upper left
corner. In the preview it looks fine, but it prints tiny. I've done
page set-up, adjusted print area, checked scaling, tried scaling it at
all different sizes. It's either too big or too small, and the
printed version doesn't match the preview. Any ideas are helpful.
I'm using 11.3.3 on a Mac OS X 10.4.9 and a HP Deskjet 960C

Cheers,

Mary

Mary:

Is it just that one file?

In "Page Setup," do you have it set to "fit to," or "adjust to?"

Start there. If it's just that one file, I'd be suspecting a Page Setup
setting. If it's any file you try to print, I'd be leaning more towards
a printer driver.

Hi Geoff,
It is "Adjust to" and it's just this one file. I'll creat another and
see if there is a problem with that also.

Hi Again,

By creating the new file, did you move all your data over so you don't need
the old one?

No, I made a worksheet that was entirely separate.

Hello Mary,
IF you create a new one and that one prints fine I would susspect the
old one to be corrupted, however I still get the feeling that this is
not the right reason.
Please navige to cell A1 and push APPLE+shift+end. Where does the
selection ends? At the end of your data or somewhere else? If else,
then there is somewhere hidden some hidden mark which makes the
document working in such way. Anywhay you can transfer data to the new
one, which seems to be printed fine - but make sure you copy just the
data, nothing more.
Anyway what happens if you print your old excel worksheet (that one
which goes wrongly printed) into PDF?
