I have never calculated probability before using Excel. The example i
really basic, but I will build on it with many data sets later on
So:
A contest has 9000 prizes and 1,000,000 entrants. Two scenarios ar
bellow. Any help with the code/function would be of much assistance t
this old man.
1) When sampling without replacement, what are the odds of bein
selected?
Meaning, if you're drawn and win once, you are out.
2) When sampling with replacement, what are the odds of being selected
Meaning, if you're drawn and win, you remain eligible to be draw
again.
