Excel Problems!! Help!

I have no idea what happened to my Excel, one morning I came to work and my
toolbars are all messed up, some of my buttons were missing and no matter how
many times I arrange them, they always go back to where they were the day I
noticed they were messed up.

Also, when I go to open an existing document, it opens a new workbook at the
bottom of my screen, so by the time I'm done with excel, my entire bar at the
bottom of my screen is full of excel workbooks. I'm not sure why this
happened or how to fix it...please help!!!

Half of your problem is that the XLB file has become corrupted. The only
choice is to delete it. Do so using the XLB file deleter found at
http://www.add-ins.com/xlb_file_deleter.htm.

Not certain what is going on with the new workbook opening. You might try a
repair of Office via the Control Panel.
