Excel Ribbon

I am using Office 2007. When I attempt to add items to my Excel Ribbon and I
select All Commands options an error screen pops up Saying Visual Basic. It
freezes Excel and I need to ctrl-alt-del and cancell the open worksheet.
This is only Office programs with ribbons that I rexperince the problem.

You can only add items to the Shortcut toolbar in2007, not the Ribbon.

If you are encountering a Visual Basic error then that indicates a
malfunctioning add-in. Take a look in Excel Options and investigate the
Active Add-ins. You can use the Manage button at the bottom to
enable/disable them.

You are correct. It is the Quick Access toolbar that I am problems with.
