Excel Row to sheet

[Row to worksheet relation]

I have filed in a excel sheet with column heading.
I want to generate a worksheet for each row wherein the details of this row
are mapped to at diffrent cells.That means there will be as much worksheets
as there are rows.

Please suggest a method
