I have several users running Excel 2002 that suddenly
started running slowly or unable to pull up XL from an
email. When I save the file to the desktop and click on
the spreadsheet XL comes up with a dark grey background an
no information. If I bring up XL then do a file open and
bring up the spreadsheet it works with no problem.
I made a bogus spreadsheet with no URL's or network drive
links and it just doesn't want to work. I've done the XP
service packs and updated all windows files. I've
installed the IE 6.0 service packs, Office 2002 service
packs and nothing has helped.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
