Excel runs slow

We run Excel 2002 here at work, and I have used quite a bit of VBA coding and
users buttons and forms to make one particular workbook work. Almost each
day a new workshhet gets added to the workbook, and Excel just seems to run
slowewr and slower each day. Right now we have 50 worksheets in this
particular workbook.

Can somebody explain to me how to speed our Excel version up?

Take a look at Charles Williams (MVP) site, here 'Volatile Excel
Functions -Decision Models'
(http://www.decisionmodels.com/calcsecretsi.htm) read the section on
volatile functions, Charles has gone to great lengths to help you reduce
workbook bloat and speed things up :)
