Wanted to know if anyone has seen any issues with shared workbooks. I have several users (Mac and PC users) sharing excel documents via the "Share Workbook" feature. At times they will email the file to someone else and one time when trying to open a Excel shared file attached in an email from Entourage, the message came up "xxx.xls could not be found."
I cleared out temp files from user directories and even tried a restart of the computer which usually has fixed issues like this but was not successful this time. I also deleted all the Office prefs and still no luck. I ended up recreating the user account and things seem to be running, but waiting for this issue to happen again so I can troubleshoot further.
