Excel sheet corrupts

Hello,

I have an issue with shared Excel sheets on a server. All
clients are on the same OS, Office XP, service packs...etc.
The issue we are experiencing is spreadsheets being
corrupted, always by the same client PC.
All formating and formulas are lost. I have tried a number
of things including having all clients with the same excel
add-ins. This seemed to work temporarily, but the problem
keeps resurfacing.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
