If you're just looking for a way to get your data into
Access, I'd tweak the spreadsheet, putting the 'Field
Name' in the first row. Then I'd import the entire
spreadsheet into Access as a new table.

File > GetExternalData > Import

From there, you can build a form to display and edit the
data in the table.
