Carl Writes,
I have been having a problem when sending my sheets to the
accountant, when opened on by the recipient, they are distorted, meaning,
the rows are much larger than what I sent, and the columns narrow
considerably. Is any one else having this similar problem. I am using Excel
2004 fro Mac. On an OSX platform. Thanks , Carl

Hi Carl,

It's possible that your email program, the recipient's email program, or
some email server or spam filter along the way is changing your workbooks.

Try using Stuffit to compress the workbooks before sending them.

I suppose it's possible that you're using a font that your accountant's
machine doesn't know how to interpret. You could try changing the cell's
to Arial or Times New Roman (Select all cells in the worksheet, first).

Otherwise it sounds like a corrupt document - try copying/pasting your
worksheet data to a new workbook.
