I cant figure out how to change the # symbol that appears in the column instead of the actual sum. Is there an "unhide" I cant find?
thanks

Hi Lauren;

That symbol indicates that the cell is not wide enough to display the
formatted value. Adjust the column width & you'll be fine.

Either drag or dbl-click the separator between that column's heading & the
one to its right or select at least one cell in that column & go to Format>
Column> Width. See Excel Help if you have any questions.

Hi Lauren,

Usually the # symbol indicates that the column isn't wide enough to
display the entire number. Try widening the column a bit.
