Excel Spreadsheet Crashes When Shared

I am running Excel X on an Emac running OS X. Excel
Spreadsheet crashes when I share it with any other user on
the network. The spreadsheet consists of over 10 pages of
formulas and calculations. I used to have the same on
Office 2000 on OS 9.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Jim thank you very much for your suggestion. The latest MS-
Office updates to 10.1.5 have resolved my problem.
