Excel Spreadsheet Flashing

I have a 10MB Excel Spreadsheet that locks up
occationally, and constanley flickers. Every 30 seconds
or so the spreadsheet will flicker. Not the toolbars,
only the spreadsheet part. It does not do this with
smaller spreadsheets or in any other applications. Any
ideas?

Video driver problem. Maybe. If the spreadsheet is zoomed to other
than 100%, probably video driver.
