Excel Spreadsheet Forms

I have created several forms that contains numberical calculations at the
bottom of the colums and links to columns with identical names.

I now need to create a monthly form to use when information is placed in
the weekly form the lines on the monthly form automatically move down one
line at a time.

Example: Weekly form is dated 4/1 - 4/5, next week 4/7 - 4/11, etc.

Monthly form is blank until this date is inputted.

I need the monthly form to link with weekly form but move with additional
input.
