EXCEL SPREADSHEET IS NOT RECALCULATING

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) THIS IS A SPREADSHEET I WORK IN ALL THE TIME-- AND TODAY FOR SOME REASON AS I ENTER NEW NUMBERS THE TOTALS ARE NOT RECALCULATING. I HAVE DOUBLECHECKED ALL MY FORMULAS ARE CORRECT-- BUT TO RECALCULATE-- I MUST RE-DO THE FORMULAS-- ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Yes. Check Excel Preferences. You undoubtedly have Calculation set to
manual. Change it to Automatic. And... Don¹t use al capital letters, it is
impolite and equivalent to shouting.

First & Foremost, *Please* turn off your Caps Lock. The use of all caps in
electronic messages is the equivalent of shouting at the reader & is
exceedingly difficult on the eyes.

The most likely cause of the problem is in Excel> Preferences - Formulas &
Lists - Calculation. Select the option "Automatically" in the Calculate
Sheets section.
