Excel, spreadsheet problems

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I have an imac and I am doing numerous simple small graphs in excel. After I have done 40 or so a message pops up saying "no more new fonts can be added to this worksheet and I cannot proceed. I have tried to move to a new worksheet but still no luck.

If anyone can help that would be great.
