Excel Taskbar Display Issue and Upload Prompt Problem

I'm unable to view the file name in the Excel Taskbar, despite having the "display the full path in the title bar" option turned on.

Additionally, I'm encountering issues with Excel files, where it prompts whether I want to save a copy because it can't upload.
