excel tempfiles

hi,

when i open a excel file the files open's and creating a
temp files with a same copy and after clossing a excel
files the temp files are not deleted automaticlly please
helpme out with this problem.

whenever i make changes to excel files it generates error
report and it try's to send error report to microsoft and
files closes and data is loss please helpme out sir,
