Hi there
I am new to InfoPath 2007 so this question could be a little bit stupid, but
I could not find any help on the net.
I have a couple of excel sheets which I want to convert with InfoPath to
publish on a sharepoint server 2007. Currently the excel sheets have no
database fields (the sheet was printed and all information was written on the
sheet manually......). The import into InfoPath works fine and it looks like
my old excel sheet. Now I want to bind some of the fields to a MS SQL Server
2005 database. If I want to create the new connection I am only able to
access a sharepoint site or a web service or other connection paths, but no
access to an existing SQL database.
Do you have any ideas how I can do that?
Any help is welcome.
Kind regards
Roger
